Disability Learning Management Solutions has a social responsibility philosophy. As an expression of this, we donate the equivalent of 50% of all income to free work for people with a disability and the organisations that support them. That’s right – we make $1000, we give $500 of our time and expertise to a person or organisation that needs it.
DLM Solutions relies on and endorses the following:
Australian Disability Clearinghouse on Education and Training (ADCET): everything you could want to know on disability in education and training
National Disability Coordination Officer (NDCO) NDCO Program: national program of officers supporting transitions for people with disabilities from the community and school through training and higher education and into employment
Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA): career development professionals
Disability Employment SA (DESA): organisation representing Disability Employment Services in South Australia
National Disability Services (NDS): peak body for supported employment services in Australia
Disability Rights Advocacy Service (DRAS): Advocacy support for people living with disability who have suffered discrimination in the Adelaide metropolitan area, SA Riverland (RAS) and SA South East (SEDAS)
Survivors of Torture and Trauma Assistance and Rehabilitation Service (STTARS) : Support, counselling and therapy for people of refugee backgrounds who have survived torture or war related trauma
As part of our social giving practices, we actively support these organisations, run by great South Australians.
